Payment Policy:
All courses, coaching sessions, and services must be paid upfront. Payment can be made via Zelle or Venmo. By scheduling or participating in any session, you agree to complete payment prior to the start of the service.

Liability Waiver:
Participants acknowledge that firearms and self-defense involve inherent risks. It is the participant's responsibility to follow all safety instructions and guidelines. LBM Defense and Safety Coaching, LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any injury, damage, or loss that may occur during or as a result of participation in the courses.

Cancellation Policy:
Please provide at least a 24-hour notice to reschedule or cancel a scheduled coaching session. Failure to do so will result in the participant forfeiting that lesson, and no refund will be issued.

All payments are final. If you purchase the entire package upfront, cancellations or refunds after the first coaching session will not be available.
